Refills Station and Our Products story

Sustainable Packaging & Refill Stations
Shifting Our Mindset from Re-Cycle to Re-Use.
Available refill station:
1 Bouton Place, Waterloo Terrace, Islington, London, UK N1 1TR
Our bottles are made from PET 1 plastic, one of the most easily and widely recyclable materials. While our pumps are also made from PET 1 plastic, they contain an internal metal coil and glass ball that must be removed before recycling. We strongly encourage reusing the pump wherever possible.
Our ultimate goal is to shift from a recycling mindset to reusing mindset.
Through product development, we have come to realise the limitations of recycling. The recycling process consumes a significant amount of energy, and in many areas, the necessary infrastructure for recycling simply doesn’t exist. Even in a major city like London, soft plastics – commonly used for refills and marked as recyclable – will not be processed for recycling until 2027. Until then, they are simply sent to landfill.
Instead of relying solely on recycling, we believe in reusing—cherishing what we have, rather than treating items as disposable.
In today’s world, throwing things away is seen as easy, convenient, and inexpensive, but what if we shifted our mindset? What if, instead of discarding, we washed and reused? Repaired rather than replaced and brought our own bottles to refill stations. Yes, it may take a little extra effort, but if we can make these small efforts, we can contribute to a better society.
We are committed to expanding the number of refill stations near you to make sustainable choices more accessible.

Formulation That Respects People and Nature
Our products are carefully crafted in a family-run, local factory in the beautiful countryside of the UK. By using natural ingredients as much as possible and reducing reliance on chemical components, we aim to help restore your hair and scalp to its natural, healthy state over time.
We prioritise safety and quality at every stage, from development and formulation to manufacturing and packaging. Our bottles are produced in a factory powered by clean energy. We also include Braille printing on our labels, made possible with the help of a dedicated label printing factory. With the contributions of these incredible partners, every step of our production remains within the UK, ensuring the highest standards in both quality and responsibility.
